Are We Forgetting How to Think?
July 9, 2007 on 9:10 am | In Uncategorized | No CommentsJakob Nielsens Alertbox article titled Write Articles, Not Blog Postings made me realize how common it is to talk about what other people are talking about, with the result being more watered down and significantly less focused.

Why You Should Go No ‘Poo
April 11, 2007 on 11:13 am | In Uncategorized | No CommentsMy wonderful husband told me about this no shampoo thing, and three days after he started I decided to join along. The Happy Planet Index
March 25, 2007 on 4:37 pm | In Uncategorized | No CommentsWe’d be better off if we concentrated on our Gross Happiness Index rather than the Gross National Product Index. What’s your HPI? My personal Happy Planet Index (HPI) is 58.1, which Happy Planet says is similar to that of countries such as Seychelles, Indonesia or Tonga. This is above the world average of 46, but still below the target value of 83, so there is more I can do to improve my health and well-being, or reduce my environmental impact. My score is above that of my country, 28.8.
